Strawberry, Goats Cheese & Basil Salad with a Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
For the Salad
2kg Fresh Strawberries, with the Stem removed and the strawberry halved
Small bunch of fresh basil, finely chopped
300g soft goats cheesed, crumbled
For the Dressing
3 tablespoons rapeseed oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon runny honey
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Instructions
Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk well, set aside until ready to assemble to salad
Combine the dressing with the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve!
